The Gayler Process defines a method that is not only unique in the new construction and remodeling industry, but also a proven system in managing a home project to a successful finish.

Our many years of experience have enabled us to perfect a process that allows for initial assessment and review, consultation, design review and construction. When we accept your project you can be assured that every step has been well thought out and will be executed with precision.

    Phase 1- First Phone Call

  • Listen
  • Review needs, wants and desires for your project
  • Discuss budget for your project
  • Discuss the Gayler Process
  • Assess if there is a “good fit” with Gayler, client and project
  • If yes, set appointment.

    Phase 2 – In Home Consultation

  • Discuss your project and budget
  • Review the Gayler Process
  • Determine if Gayler and client want to go to the next step (design agreement, or estimate fee agreement if already have a complete set of plans).

    Phase 3 – Design Development

  • Design Agreement signed
  • Design Coordinator meets with clients
  • Measurements
  • Photos
  • As-built drawing
  • Conceptual Floor Plan with budget
  • Design Meetings with client and Gayler design team.

    Phase 4 – Pre-Construction

  • Construction Agreement signed
  • Elevations and Structural Plans completed
  • Permit obtained
  • Selections finalized (“Product Library”)
  • Detailed Specifications and Scope of Work completed
  • Materials ordered
  • Workmen scheduled
  • Project Manager assigned
  • Project information distributed
  • Pre-Construction Meeting
  • Pre-Construction Walk
  • Construction schedule made.

    Phase 5 – Construction

  • Work begins
  • Project Manager maintains construction schedule
  • Weekly meetings between client and project manager
  • Quality, cleanliness, communication and timeliness receive top priority.

    Phase 6 – Post Construction

  • Project finishes

Design/Build

A One-Stop Shop for Your Entire Remodeling Project

Design/build is a process where one company handles an entire remodeling project; from the initial design and budgets to permits, construction and warranty. Think about it. . .you select one company you trust, feel you can communicate with, and who will treat you professionally and fairly, and they do it all!

At Gayler Construction, we have all the professionals you need to do it right. The Design Team, the Office Team and the Production Team. Design/ Build is the way to ensure you have a beautiful, customized design, created within your budget and built with quality, timeliness and care.

THE GAYLER TEAM

Our approach to the remodeling process is to build a team with you. In our design/build company we have design professionals who collaborate to create a beautiful, functional and customized design just for you.


Design Team

Our Design Team consists of our Architectural Designer, Interior Designer/ Design Coordinator, General Contractor and Project Coordinator who work together with you until your design, selections and budget are perfected.


Office Team
The Office Team is there for you from the very first phone call, through design and construction, and continuing on with warranty follow-up calls after the project is completed.

Production Team
When construction is due to start our Production Team steps in. This team consists of our Project Manager and our highly skilled, caring and dependable carpenters, laborers, and trades. Gayler Construction dedicates a Project Manager to your project and his job is to oversee all the 1000′s of details involved in your project, along with anticipating challenges, creating solutions and expertly managing your schedule. The Production Team makes sure you are aware of every step of the process through weekly meetings, written construction schedules, job site communications centers, and detailed client binders.
