Permits, Plans and Construction Starts

The plans were ready and the permit was applied for December 22nd . As part of the permit process, approvals from the Town of Danville’s planning commission and design review board were needed. Gayler Construction got both with one meeting each and the permit was ready January 26th. Construction started January 31st!
