Great Room Area
The kitchen was designed for maximum use and integration into the great room, with a bar added for an additional eating space option. A pantry was also added near the garage door entry for easy grocery unloading and stocking. room.

Kitchen Area
Square footage was a premium in this small home, so the challenge was to create a well functioning and attractive kitchen with minimal encroachment into the dining and family room part of the great room. The clients wanted a lot of architectural detail and pizzazz! This has been incorporated into the design through the wood beam that intersects the purple column, the niches in the column, the triangular bar, the pendant lighting and the bamboo hardwood and accent trim. Color was used for added pop!
