Remodeling of the Danville Piatti Restaurante started on 5/9/11 (the day after Mother’s Day, so that the restaurant could stay open for this very busy day) and was completed on 6/16/11 (in time to re-open for Father’s Day!). The Scope of Work was a remodel of the main kitchen, exhibition kitchen and the bar area. The Danville Chamber of Commerce wrote an article for their newsletter about Piatti’s very positive remodeling experience with Gayler Construction (shown on the right).
