Phase 1- First Phone

• Review needs, wants and desires for your project.
• Discuss budget for your project.
• Discuss the Gayler Process.
• Assess if there is a “good fit” with Gayler,
client and project.
• If yes, set appointment.
Phase 2 - In Home
Consultation
• Discuss your project and budget.
• Review the Gayler Process.
• Determine if Gayler and client want to go to the next
step (design agreement, or estimate fee agreement if already
have a complete set of plans).
Phase 3 - Design
Development
• Design Agreement signed.
• Design Coordinator meets with clients.
• Measurements
• Photos.
• As-built drawing.
• Conceptual Floor Plan with budget.
• Design Meetings with client and Gayler design team.
Phase 4 - Pre-Construction
• Construction Agreement signed.
• Elevations and Structural Plans completed.
• Permit obtained.
• Selections finalized ("Product Library")
• Detailed Specifications and Scope of Work completed.
• Materials ordered.
• Workmen scheduled.
• Project Manager assigned.
• Project information distributed.
• Determine if a "Mobile Kitchen" is needed.
• Pre-Construction Meeting.
• Pre-Construction Walk.
• Construction schedule made.
Phase 5 - Construction
• Work begins.
• Project Manager maintains construction schedule.
• Weekly meetings between client and project manager.
• Quality, cleanliness, communication and timeliness receive
top priority.
Phase 6 - Post Construction
• Project finishes.
• Warranty is 2 years with a 30 day follow up, 6 month
follow up, 1 year follow up and a 2 year follow up.
