The plans were ready and the permit was applied for December 22nd . As part of the permit process, approvals from the Town of Danville’s planning commission and design review board were needed. Gayler Construction got both with one meeting each and the permit was ready January 26th. Construction started January 31st! Follow the work in progress! This is the story of the resurrection of a great property with mature trees and a large flat lot close to downtown Danville. The 1940’s existing house is in very bad shape and it has been haphazardly added onto over the years, including a stairwell that leads to nowhere! The new owners want a 1500 sf guest house built first, followed by the main house. Follow the work in progress! |
